Failblog is my new BFF.

I can't tell you how often I see signs, flyers, and posters like that. A few weeks ago I drove past a daycare center van with two grammar errors painted on.
But this earns triple bonus points for illegal use of a licensed character, the name "Sweet Cheeks Day Care," and misspelling your town's name.
Epic fail.
UPDATE: Kaye provides links to more unintentional humor -- Cake Wrecks and Not Always Right (customer service horror stories). Good stuff.

There was a church in my old neighborhood that had the following sign up for two or three years:
Except THE LORD
Every time I drove by I thought, "I should stop and explain this." But I thought, "No, surely someone has told them by now." And yet, there it remained, month after month, year after year.
Actually I think I can explain that one.
I imagine it was meant to be the start of a biblical quotation:
"Except the LORD build the house, they labor in vain that build it." (Psalm 127, King James version)
So they also get triple bonus points for 1) an obscure reference 2) in an outdated translation 3) that confused people.
FAIL!
Failblog is one of my absolute favorites. Two more that also make me giggle are Cake Wrecks and Not Always Right. Neither are 100% G-rated, but you can quickly cruise by the few items that aren't.
The first is horrible cakes which often cause me to think "seriously?!". They also show off incredible cakes on Sundays.
The second is full of true stories from customer service positions. This one is edited for inappropriate language and funny as anything!
Hope you can enjoy these as well!
Kaye,
Thanks for the comments and the links. Those were great!
